Towards a prosperous and better economy in Babil Province (BCED) works hard to be a center of broad scope economic research, training, and business development programs and services.

 

The Babylon Center for Economy Development (BCED) is working in Hilla, Iraq to raise businessmen and businesswomen skills in Babil Province and other Provinces in the South Central region of Iraq, and to improve career management styles in different specialties, like; trade, industry, agriculture, tourism, service and others, particularly small and middle-size business (SMEs).  BCED is focusing on SMEs because such businesses need support and improvement to reach international standards and to enable them to take an active part in economic development.

The mission of BCED is to grow the economy of Babil by raising the awareness about market oriented businesses development services,

 and providing entrepreneurs with the education, information and tools necessary to build successful and sustainable businesses, and to develop a strong entrepreneurial community, BCED shall apply and promote gender balance in its recruitment and in carrying out its activities.

Concentrating on the Center management and development policy in order to be:
1. a firm organization with clarity in collecting revenues to achieve more sustainability in the future.
2.more powerful and more effective social voice and image.
3.more powerful establishment based on helpful members.
4. more powerful in communication.
5.better in presenting best services and programs for the members.

6.more effective in solving problems of members in small-middle projects.
