BCED has launched intensive business training courses
and workshops in business planning, marketing,
computers, accounting, specialize agricultural training,
English language courses, investment promotion and
specialized training to banks and financial
institutions,
BCED has been instrumental in organizing numerous
conferences, seminars and workshops, provide links to
banks and Microfinance Institutions, provide
consultations, conduct the surveys and researches,
BCED has undertaken an extended task so as to respond to
the development needs of the country (particularly of
enterprises, self-employment, and Private Sector), so,
in the framework of continuing Business Skills
Development Training, BCED materialized programmes for
the employees, self-employed (Small family enterprises)
and SMEs, undertakes the materialization of many of its
activities in cooperation with the Local Administration
as well as programmes for employed people aiming to
improve their skills and certify their abilities.
BCED monitor and evaluate the quality and impact; the
kinds of monitoring and evaluation include careful
tracking of the programs participants by:
1) Participants information sheet
2) Participant registration
3) Daily attendees sheets
4) Trainer evaluation of the participants
specifying their progress.
5) Participant evaluation
6) Pictures for each implemented activity
7) BCED weekly and monthly reports
8) Weekly training recap report and final report
about each implemented program outlining the overall
impact of the program noting any jobs created, lessons
learned and recommendations..
9) Sub Activity and Clients & Refferals tracking

10) Personal follow-up telephone calls to the
participants to discuss individual progress and a sample
of on-site visits to evaluate improvement in their
business.
